Passion for Piers: IPPS Summer Working Groups

WHAT:    Working groups of 2-4 people who will meet biweekly via Zoom to check in on research progress

WHO:     Anyone with a passion for Piers and a research project on Langland or a related topic (we are flexible!)

WHAT:        A workshop on publishing in peer-reviewed journals: helpful advice, insider tips, and plenty of time for Q&A

Piers for our Students: Teaching Langland in the 21st c.

WHAT:     An opportunity to share resources, stories, and strategies for teaching Langland beyond the graduate seminar.

                Topics: Piers in Pieces; Langland and/as LLM; and Translating for Teaching/Teaching with Translation.

                We hope to use this event to launch a Teaching Resources page on the IPPS website.

WHO:      Anyone who teaches Piers Plowman—or wants to! Designed with non-specialist student audiences in mind.
